Ok ... I am a f***ng idiot ...    so many red flags ignored ... ; first post-pandemic punt (let me re-phrase that to actually "punt attempt"). Now, the reviews on AW are the usual fluffy crap, but one review on here (neutral) specified that the girl was the one who can be seen in the AW pics. So I decided to give it a try.

I liked the pics, and she happened to be walking distance from my place (she is touring the South East - I won't specify location on purpose). Long story short: NOT the girl of the AW pics ... far from that ...

... but hey ... wait ... there's more ...; I was quickly rushed into a bedroom (literally pushed ...), so could not walk away immediately ... ; told her I was not going to stay as she was a different girl - she said: "Wait" ... and ran outside the bedroom ... locking me in from the outside ....

GREAT ... I have to say at that point I was worried ... got my mobile out and was ready to call the police ... (wonderful thing would have been to explain the situation to them ...).
She went to another room and could hear her talking with Sergey  ... so I thought great ... now I will have to face Sergey ... ; she came back and looked genuinely worried ... she asked if I could leave some money ...; honestly, I should not have left anything, but I gave her 40 quid and said that I was now leaving ... (everything happened really fast).

I rushed to the entrance of the flat, and went out very quickly ...

Will I return ..... ?!? Yeah ... rhetorical question ...

I am an experienced punter, and should have known better ... I am really angry with myself ... and have only myself to blame.I just wanted to flag this out, so that perhaps some of you will benefit from my own stupidity ...

Yes, that was my thought as well ... I also looked over my shoulders as I was opening the door to get out as I was afraid Sergey could have attacked me from behind. Luckily, did not see him; but as you said, someone else apart Sergey could have been in the flat.

In my years of punting, this was the first time I really felt I was in danger. Also, I have to say that the girl looked  actually like a sweet girl, and she was not unpleasant - she looked genuinely worried when she came back to the room (not sure for herself or for me ...); so I thought leaving some money was the best thing to do under the circumstances.

First 'quasi' punt in almost three years. ... makes me want to retire ...

Well OP I've been looking at this lass, There is also another negative here on UKP. Your warning is most welcome as she does look nice. What a fucking awful experience to be locked in the room. You probably did the right thing leaving some money -
As an experienced punter you were caught out, well for what its worth I too am an experienced punter and I've been caught out several times over the years. The worst one stopped me punting for 3 weeks but once a punter always a punter and I was back out there.
