Arrived on time & Helen at bottom of stairs in a grubby dressing gown! A lot older than photos. I’d already asked her if photos were of her & recent! She sent me a photo to confirm. The photo she sent was obviously an old one as well!! Followed her upstairs & was shown into bedroom. She excused herself & went to bathroom. There were a lot of loud voices coming from another room & the smell of cooking was overpowering!! I looked around the room & it was in desperate need of a good clean! At this point I thought I’m not wasting my money & walked!
