Arranged a visit, made it clear how far I was travelling (1hr+) set off again and confirmed I was coming and was then ghosted upon arrival.

Total joke. Waste of money and had a to find a plan B with no local knowledge.

I'm assuming you were booking an hour if you were travelling that far ?

Disappointing experience to be sure.

Heidi being let down by her booker there I think, as Heidi makes it clear you are speaking to someone else when you book.

Problem I find with the Thais is if you book to far in advance (and I’ve had it for a punt 30 mins away) they tend to over book invade you don’t turn up, or an hour booking beats your 30 min slot
I’ve also found before theyd just say can you come back in xx mins but now it’s a case of blanking the punter

Her booker is not doing her any favours - a real shame because Heidi herself is lovely.

Not sure what strategy to suggest - I’ve also travelled a decent distance to see her and nearly got ghosted on arrival. Maybe just allow enough time for the agreed time to be a suggestion, and plan on kicking your heels for 30 mins whilst her booker gets her shit together (literally - Heidi told me one time her booker didn’t answer my texts because she was taking a shit!). Once in, ask Heidi if you can have her direct number.
