This one got a bit crazy.
Searched on gumtree as I didn’t know the area. Found a result close by. Was ambivalent about HE at this point - just wanted a massage.

So just a fairly standard E1 apartment block - texted and was phoned back by a dude, red flag number one. The door was opened and the vendor hid behind it.
I naively went in and quickly realised that there was just one Arabic dude in the flat, no ‘Sarah’ to be seen.
He blocked the door and demanded money for his time (i obviously gently pointed out that this was not as described / booked).
My spidey sense kicked in as he was moving closer and closer to fully blocking the exit and it was clear he wanted cash and violence so while I had the chance I moved him out the way physically, opened the door (fucking dual latches) and exited stage left.
He proceeded to follow me down the streets for half a mile screaming abuse and hurling shit at me - sticks, full bin bags picked up off the street, rubbish he pulled out of bins.
I turned to confront him a couple of times to try and see what his intentions were - I.E was he gonna kick off, did he have a weapon - at this point I was getting pretty aware of impending doom.
In the end I just ran, as he was being joined by many accomplices from the surrounding buildings.
They gave up the chase as I reached a major road with loads of traffic and people.
Very scary and if I had been an individual less strong, less fit to run, more vulnerable in general, I dread to think how it could have turned out.
So yeah. Avoid these motherfuckers.
