How did you find out about it?  I can't seem to find it on-line, let alone any way of ordering it on-line, so did you have to answer the usual medical screening questions in-store?

And I presume that you had to go to a Tesco pharmacy in one of their superstores?

Non monsiuer! yes as maybe but i suspect there are those among us who are a shade reluctant to have packages turn up at home with the T&S maybe wanting to inspect the contents!

Still cheaper than the Viagra connect version that seemed a tad eyewatering! Lest most all Tesco have pharmacy sections and once you have done the medical check, around 20 questions then they give you a small card, wave it at then and get the goods anyone sees you get some paracetomol as an excuse in case one of her indoors spy's see you!..

Those were 50 mg ones..

Agreed that just about every Tesco has a pharmacy section, but in most (like my local big Tesco) that is just unattended shelves like any other grocery section.  Nobody for you to wave a card at, let alone give you a card.  According to the Tesco web-site, only 220 stores have a dedicated pharmacy - that is hardly "most all Tesco".  Seems to be just superstores and Tesco Extras that have staffed pharmacy sections:

Well acording to the lady I normally see she did say thats doing well for the amount of time it was  at "attention" but a bit of a sore head the day after, half a packet of Paracetamol calmed that down!..

What are the side effects?

I haven’t taken Viagra or any of the generics for a long time.

It did give me a thumping head ache (the head on top of my shoulders), but the side effect I most remember was, for a day or so after taking it I would get a random erection. Sometimes it would appear at the most inappropriate moment 

The hard on taking a dose gave me made my c!#k seem like a baseball bat,  anyone on the receiving end would get battered.

You say that but i've noticed over time they do seem to be variations in effects, but then again i'm not an anyltical chemist;!..
