Yep, total fool. Having said that, "sting" operations like this make me feel very uneasy. I can accept it given that it's the proper authorities doing it in this case but lots of these things are carried out by self-appointed guardians of the people such as that Dark Justice lot. There is something extremely creepy and insidious with organisations like that and I've always had grave concerns about the people who populate them.

Never mind entrapment, he should have reported it to the police instead of agreeing and going through with it. The more cunts like this that get caught the better.

Had he reported it he would have been a witness not the accused.

Things like this don't make me feel uneasy, they can use any means they like to catch perverted cunts like him. There again I wouldn't be tempted by anyone underage.

I had responses to ads I placed on CL before where the responder would tell me they were 15 in the first communication. At that point I would end the conversation. I wonder if it was paedo hunting groups or the police.

This guy does not fit the profile of the men caught in those gangs. So yes, he's one less on the streets, but if you've got limited funds, surely getting into those gangs is where you invest.

If you are paying for it she has to be 18+. What is bizarre is you can get marry a 16 year old but you are not allowed to take naked photos of her until she is 18!

As you think the legal age to sell sex is 16, if I were you I would read this ↓ and educate myself, there are various things a punter can be prosecuted for and ignorance is no excuse.

Placing adverts like that can lead to locating the very gangs you refer to. He didn't need to have child porn on his computer for him to be actively seeking below 18 escorts or to be part of a gang for that matter.

The child sex abuse ring that were jailed a while ago didn't have any child porn on their computers. By day they were loving husbands and fathers by night abusive cunts, that was one of the reasons they took so long to build a case against them.

You can. There's actually an exemption in the Act to allow it if the people concerned are married to each other.

Anything involving a transaction is 18. Non transaction sex is 16. Transaction doesn't have to be money but it's not worth the day in court arguing that because it wasn't money, doesn't make it transaction.

Remember there's under 18's on escort and arrangement sites using ages 18-19. That's as much legally underage as under 16 sex.
