Agree, "ticklish" or "sensitive" everywhere you show interest in touching, caressing, sucking or licking is a clear indicator that the SP is denying you access because she maybe doesn't feel safe, definitely wants you gone and she has no intention of indulging you more than she absolutely has to.   It may be just you or it may be all punters (of a certain ilk).
