The ad probably snares loads of people that way.
It may well have done but I know this lady VERY well, as I've been going to her since she first started every now and then, as she does do an EXTREMELY GOOD relaxing massage, so much so that I almost always end up sleeping, so I can assure you that it wasn't 'her' intention for that to happen.
Her English is far from the best, so she asked a friend to help her by creating the advert and she was mortified when I told her where it had been posted and what it was suggesting. She wanted it removing immediately but I told her that wasn't likely to be possible and she'd have to let it expire, which upset her even more.
She's a good honest hard working woman (due to losing her husband a couple of years ago and having to provide for herself since then), who gives a great relaxing massage and as far as I know (as I posted in a review I made of her services over a year ago), there's nothing more available, as far as I'm aware.
Just for the record, I usually go for HE or FS somewhere I'm sure I'll get it, after I leave here.
