Does it really make a difference as long as you know what you are getting ?  A TV is a cross dresser by definition  as I understand it, which they all are, just some take it further and live as a fem or look the part, fake tits ruins it for me .

I disagree that there is no difference between a TV/TS.  The TS make the transition to becoming full time female.  That entail both physical and mental transition including operations and taking hormones and ultimately removal of male genitalia.  A TV normally is a bi sexual/gay male that enjoys cross dressing.  They can transition to becoming a TS if they really identify themselves a female. 

It is not really possible to draw a clear line on the question of gender and sexuality but that is how I would differentiate TV/TS based on my own experience.
