By and large, I've found the profile pictures used here to be flattering - they're hardly likely to choose unflattering ones - but not misleading. I'm not surprised she's a bit bigger than you expected, though; if a profile says size 14, you can expect she'll be at least a 16, wherever you are.
I've only ever had half hour bookings here, and can't remember ever being rushed, even when I've overrun by a few minutes. Given that you did feel rushed, I expect management will have a quiet word in her ear, because they take a dim view of that sort of thing.
