On this occasion I phoned up shortly after 9am on a day last week and booked myself a party slot.  Checked that the three WGs advertised on the website would be present:

I've seen Lillia and Billie and before reading this thread would have never have considered them the same person. It was probably 2018 when I last saw Lillia so recollections are very hazy but like the above comment I found Lillia a little cold/unfriendly whereas Billie was much more bubbly and cheerful.
