Am thinking TGTBT and is either a fake/dead profile or some sort of scam.  Have checked a couple reverse image lookups and Adultwork - couldn’t find anything either way, but thought I’d put it out to other members to see if there’s any intel on this one.

Could be… if it is for real that is, but like you say, it does sound fishy and TGTBT.
