As said, it'll be padding, but it does neatly avoid camel toes as well!

I'm sure there's another pic like that floating about for a different nation that wear beige tracky bottoms with brown padding. It looks like a massive big 70s hairy muff on them.

Tbh I should join a cycling club and try my luck I do a few long distance events during the year these women are physically fit with power thighs

I was watching the womens  Hockey today - seriously fit ladies; would love to see a comparison with the football - in terms of how far they run
