However, how did I know it would be a member with zero reviews who had been here a number of years, starting a post with a title line that ?

just use the "report to moderator" option in your own post, that will get to the mods

Wouldn't surprise me if the SP has clocked him, having visited and reviewed today. And she / he wants it deleted. Just guessing as it's been requested before under similar headings. Just guessing.
