I found myself with some unexpected spare time last week, and aware that this shop had just opened called and asked if an hours appointment was available in 30 minutes time I was told yes come on over.
Having not been before as a previous reviewer has stated the shop is located very close to the centre of Wellington and quite a lot of people walk by (or queue outside Greggs) and as I arrived the door was firmly shut, phoned and advised I was outside and after what felt like an age (probably 2 minutes) the door was opened, so if you are shy (i'm not really) this may not be for you. I arrived and was shown upstairs to an empty room whereby the masseuse (who appeared to be the only person working) disappeared and I could clearly hear the previous punter leaving, I guess this is why she took her time answering the door.
I didn't ask her name but i am 90% sure based on his description that it was the same girl that davidwatts described in his review. I found her very pretty facially and she was well made up and took some pride in her appearance which goes a long way in my book. Definite stomach but i'm really not one to judge here. I then asked to confirm an hours appointment to which I was advised only 30 mins was free, and showed me the next booking on her phone! In summary happy with my Neutral as some of the issues were down to me, when clear i could only have 30 mins i should have walked or at least gone for HE only, I know better than to have B2B on a 30 min appointment I don't feel you ever get VFM. But i turned up at a busy lunchtime but the revolving door and constant messaging was poor.
I will try again and insist on the hour next time and try to go during an off peak time rather than lunchtime, as I feel there is potential here and it's very welcome in this area.
