What is the going rate for B2B and how much is this negotiable?

In detail:
A HR/HE costs 20 £. Yes, there are exceptions, but by and large, this is the generally accepted rate. If it comes, however, to B2B, things are less clear ...

Often, it seems that on top of the expense for an HE, the price is +20 £ for topless and +20 £ for B2B. (If the starting price is 40 £ for a one hour massage, this adds up to 100 £ in total, which is, frankly, a bit dear for me.) However, there are reports of B2B costing a mere additional 20 £ (meaning on top of the massage and the HE).

If it is the first: How much luck can I expect to haggle the SP down? I know, this will mainly depend on personal bargaining skills, the place one is visting etc., but is there something like a general rule? And if yes: Is it the same rule for Chinese and Thai massage places, or do different sets of rules apply?

(I am posting this question in the NE section, but if, for example, a Yorkshireman can give his input, that would be great, too   :))

Usually the cost is £20 for HR… another £20 for b2b OR topless… another £20 for fully naked/RO or oral (usually OW in massage places). I sometimes think isn’t b2b worth it as it’s often not too long and the HE is fairly typical but you lose the build up you get if they don’t do b2b. I’m interested in exploring a proper nuru massage which to me is what b2b should be.
