I don’t punt very often and when I do I post a review and will comment on posts when I’m on a new search but it seems as I’m too infrequent in terms of these things my access around this site when it comes to messaging and access to people’s reviews is very limited. Any idea what level (don’t say 69) I need to hit to be allowed to message like my earlier days on here? Definitely not very newbie friendly these restrictions and I’m glad they weren’t like this when I first started punting using this as an invaluable guide. I could do with some assistance on some SP’s I’m looking at but hard to do so with the rules the way they are.

Why do you need to PM? If your enquiries are about punting then you can post a question openly on a review or thread.
Despite you wanting to plead your entitlement as a well-intentioned punter your hair-triggered combativeness and self-centred view on how the site is managed speaks volumes against your case.
People who don't contribute much are rightly restricted from fully benefiting from the site's resources because there are thousands of freeloaders, abusers and other ne'erdowells trolling about equally pretending to be "infrequent potential contributors". UKP isn't here to convince people to punt it's here to enable punters to openly share their (current) relevant experiences to help everyone else, the only expectation is one of reciprocation to the site. The more you prove your goodwill the more it will be acknowledged and perhaps rewarded. Enough access is available for fledglings to get started, especially if you make proper use of all the tools available.
It's a shame you don't have the talent for writing or fucking that your choice of handle would like to impress, perhaps you just want to celebrate his gift for self-destruction?
