Cheers for the review and sorry to hear it was a long way to go for a short punt. Perhaps 15 min punts are contributing to the problem? Have you tried doing a half hour and taking your time to enjoy the experience rather than worrying about how long you're going to last? There might be SPs who are sympathetic to this and will work with you. Also, creams and medication might help in the short term, but have you sought to address what might be the underlying cause for the PE? I don't know if sex therapy is available in your area but you could always seek advice from your GP. Good luck.
