Comms: Booked through SMS. Slow replies initially, same day bookings might be difficult unless it's a late evening. Had to book a day in advance for an afternoon session. The Punt: After being told to wait about 10 minutes outside the blocks to get ready, was given the flat number and greeted with a hug and kiss inside.
