Once inside the TARDIS of HoD, time does strange things. When you're standing in the bathroom or kitchen waiting for your slot, 2 minutes can turn into 12 minutes easily.
Then when you get your slot, 30 minutes can turn into 23 minutes even more easily.

Same in my experience. Its like you have to pay for the time for girl to wash and get ready in your own time so 30min will give you 20 to 23 min max. When you are running a conveyor belt and appointments back to back this is what happens. However, if you get there at lunch time like 2pm then you would get 30min or more. But after 5pm its rush hour.

In my experience having visited HOD a lot for the most part I have gotten my full time and even overrun on a few occasions but there have absolutely been times where I've not gotten my full time.

I think it depends on if the maid and girl likes you as with some maids I always seem to get full time or overrun and others I lose some time. I'm definitely nowhere near as enthusiastic about the place as I was years ago after the price rise but generally its reliable and easy to get a booking saving from having to faff around with flaky indies though a good indie is way better than HOD.
