If you are referring to the "Accessing From" part of her AW profile, I thought this only referred to their IP which can be changed using a VPN for example. Doesn't necessarily mean that she is in Spain or wherever country it says.
Could be use of Spain IP address via VPN but they could also use U.K. VPN to hide their location … but with this industry could be a pimp or their management being in Spain. Usually it would be latinas or Eastern European who have account accessed and managed abroad…
I would just avoid accounts that’s have been accessed abroad while available in U.K., risk of them being trafficked, exploited and managed is gonna be higher.
