Pretty good. Initially just told me to go to 5 Ways with some texted parking advice (not needed but a nice professional touch). Texted the building and flat number and instructions from front door to flat door. All good.
Premises
You walk past a concierge desk but there was nobody sitting there. The instructions are good enough that you would be walking with confidence of where you are headed, ie the lifts.
The flat
Suitable for purpose. Reasonable room, reasonable bed, ie not too much creaking, decent mattress etc
The girl
As described on her site I think. Nice looking, average like most of us I suppose but definitely attractive. Well presented in a basque. Properly presented make up wise. Nice figure, always YMMV but bigger bottom than top, great ass for doggy if you like that sort of thing. (If you don't what are you doing on here?)

Althou chat and oral don't sound like they go well together, it worked ok and there was a lot more oral than chat.
