Comms:Fine.
Price: Very expensive for what you get. But I live in the middle of nowhere, so beggars can't be...
Venue/Room: A Nice Hotel in West Cumbria. No major complaints. Not very private though, everyone can see everyone going into the room as it's sort of like a block of flats.
Girl: Absolutely nothing like the pictures (although this was expected). Pictures must have been taken 15 years ago. Bit of a stomach (that incidentally has a large almost tribal tattoo over it). Not an issue for me and tattoos are listed in the interview section so no major subversion other than the pictures being old.

Action: Did everything I asked and friendly/chatty personality. OWO was provided. Few positions. I don't like to reverse oral/kiss escorts so can't comment on that but I kind of had the feeling like she could have used a shower. (Benefit of the doubt that it was a warm day).

Would I go back? No. Did it scratch an itch, I guess.
Banned reason: Thinks we're rude for asking the price and duration of booking.

How long did you book and what was the 'very expensive' price?   :unknown:

Am I required to say how long I booked for? And her prices are displayed on her profile.

Yes you are required to say how long you booked for, not much point to a review unless we know what services were provided within a given amount of time. As far as prices go the ones shown on her profile are subject to change, the price you paid for your booking never will.

There's a useful guide to review writing and the summary shows the information required.  External Link/Members Only

Summary
Include in your review (LLL&S):

* Provider's NAME plus LOCATION in the subject field. Generally give the nearest town. Specifically for London give closest tube/train station and first part of the post code (and agency/parlour as an option).

* their AW profile link or contact details at the start of the review. Best to cut and paste the link from bottom of the providers AW page.

* Logistics; booking and communication.

* Location (for in-call); safety, discretion, facilities, comfort, accessiblity.

* Looks; face and figure, approximate age, height and dress size, hygiene, outfit, accuracy of photos, nationality and language.

* Services used and the price paid (detailing time and extras charged). Mention enthusiasm, attitude, time keeping.

* Bonus points; face and figure photos from the profile.

Reviews don't get deleted, though with insufficient detail to qualify as a review it may be moved to discussions.

What's your problem with stating the length of time you booked and what you paid anyway.     :unknown:

What happened to giving back to the community lol. What’s the big deal in giving duration of the appointment and money spent? It’s one of the fundamental parts of a review.

From your link, it says it's an essay of guidelines and opinions? That are not policies.

I've had a read through and it's a bit ironic that an example of a 'good review' on your 'guidelines' (Here is one that failed at first. But note the final result. Poor review that became good https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=89921) doesn't list the price that a review clearly cannot bare to be without.

Anyway by all means move it to discussions then if you feel the quality is missing.

&& The community quickly demonstrated I shouldn't bother wasting my time (I'll not make the same mistake twice ).

Perhaps he was Oralone?

WTF is wrong with you, all you have to do is say how long your booking was and how much you paid.

The review you linked to was from 2016. the site even has different owners now.

This site is an extremely useful resource for punters but only because members share their experiences by way of reviews and certain information needs to be included in order for members to make an informed choice. The duration of a booking and what services were included in that time along with the cost are important aspects of that. Stating the price you paid at the time you had the booking helps to keep an eye on any price increase.

Being new to the forum then arguing the toss about how you think things should be done will not win you many friends, however spit your dummy out if you want or accept the norm up to you.

To be honest, in the time it's taken to spit your dummy out, you could have provided the info and you would have been welcomed in warmly. You got a simple request for some additional content, not the roasting I see some new posters get as your review had the foundations of a good starting point.

Instead you're behaving like a drama queen. Hopefully a sleep might make you change your mind and come back and add to the review, but if it doesn't and you are really that thin-skinned, then maybe this forum isn't for you? You might find this useful:

Non contributers get banned & you are being a drama queen, you were asked to add some basic information to your review but threw the toys out of your pram instead.

Okay? I told the mod he could remove the review, as far as I'm concerned, the ball is in their court.

So far all I've seen is a plethora of people telling me I HAVE to do things they tell me to, or that I'm a drama queen, or I'm throwing the toys out. Or even making mild threats saying "Non contributers get banned" because I won't post anymore reviews (please tell me where it states this or is it Forum Helper 'Keef' on a power trip).

Someone mentioned earlier in the thread about losing people/jumping ship...I can see why. Anyway, I'll say no more on the matter. Have a good day.

To be honest, I don’t think you being banned would be counted as a great loss. You’ve already admitted you won’t be doing any more reviews, so presumably you’ll just be leeching in perpetuity.

And yes, you did throw your toys out of the pram over what was a very innocuous request to state the duration and price of the appointment.

I’m still not sure why this has triggered you so much  :unknown:

It states that part in the rules you had to agree to when signing up.

1 Site ethos/mission
This Forum puts the interests of Punters first through the sharing of Reviews. The Forum does not endorse or promote any service provider or any other site. This site is totally independent. No favouritism, no special treatment, no vested interests and no pandering to service providers. Members are expected to post Reviews, although there is no formal quota (see rule 27). General chat relating to Punting is allowed on the appropriate Board.

27 Lurking / Dormant Accounts
Members that do not contribute Reviews or where their accounts become dormant may have their membership revoked.

Just answer me one question, why won't you say how long the booking was and how much you paid? What is so special about that information, for such a very simple request your refusal to say has caused you a load of unnecessary grief that a simple x amount of time for x amount of money when first asked would have avoided.

It was me, and it's been on my mind a while that we lose too many people because they react in the wrong way to what others are saying or are accused of being leeches.

We need as many punters as possible reading this forum, whether they contribute or not.
Too many girls are getting away with poor service or scamming clients because 95% of all punters are not on here to see the warnings, so the girls keep getting away with it.

As a resident of the town in question I'm more intrigued by the 'nice hotel' part. I wasn't aware there WAS  nice hotel here!!! I think she tends to use the Travelodge so, 'nice hotel', each to their own...

To the OP though, dude, just calm down. It was only a friendly 'how long and how much' that was asked as some WG's have different rates depending on where they're working... its not like its top secret info that anyone's gonna ID you based on how much you spent and how long you lasted. (Or will they?!?! Fuck... will i be ID'd as "that one who pays for half an hour and sometimes barely lasts 10 minutes" ?!?!  :scare: :scare:)

Hell, a friend on here has PM'd me earlier to get a landline number for a place that can easily be found on facebook within about 5 seconds. Did I throw a hissy and get all defensive? No, I just answered the question as its no big deal...just relax, take a breath and realise that we're all on here for the same reason. We all make mistakes on our reviews to start off with (Goldfinch had to dig me out of the shit with links loads of times... still does!) but don't take things too personally.

I already read the thing you're quoting and it indicates there is no quota. It asks people contribute, and I have. So until you put "X number of reviews per month." then not posting anymore reviews after posting one is still well within what I signed up to. No?

And to answer your question I have no problem with sharing the information, I just think a lot of the people in this thread, including yourself are rude or insulting and so why would I make the effort or comply with a request? I think a lot of people seem to be under the impression I'm agitated or throwing a tantrum, but you're just confusing it with indifference.

The hotel isn't actually 'in' Workington, it's just probably the nearest town to the hotel and so she's went with that description. Not the travellodge though.

Try reading the thread again from the top. You posted a review but omitted the duration and price, reply #1 was me asking how long you booked and what you paid, a simple reply giving the information at that stage would have avoided everything that ensued. However instead of doing that you question whether or not you are required to post the length of booking and state prices are on her profile.

Now you tell me who started with the attitude. You even kicked back when I linked to the punting wiki and explained that including the price helps to keep a check on price increases.

We try to give new members as much help as we can and guide them in the right direction so they get the full value of the site and are able to make useful contributions to help others.

Accept the help, advice and guidance as to what is the accepted norm on here and enjoy the site or do as you are and spit your dummy out and quote what you think is acceptable, which BTW differs from what I class as acceptable.

Edit

Remember your reply to my giving you advice and guidance. - "Feel free to delete my review then."

I’d politely disagree with you on the bold bit.  If they are punting but not contributing, they they’re adding to the problem.  No doubt seeing the ‘gems’ themselves whilst avoiding those with -ve reviews.  If everyone who had a negative experience shared it, we’d all know.

Leeches benefit from the intel on here, whilst others TOFTT.
If an SP has negative reviews on here, she will be avoided by those on here ‘in the know”, why give intel to those who don’t share intel?

I do welcome the new regime on here being more welcoming and less ‘James999’ but, how frustrating is it when newbies (whom I welcome) throw their toys out of their pram when asked ‘how much did you pay……….’

Especially when they slag forum helpers and refer to contributions from moderators.

Well, it wouldn’t be against the rules for the OP to name the hotel.
“Hotels may be named but not room numbers.”

He’d previously said he wasn’t posting here again, but he has so we can hope for some more pearls of wisdom from him.  Though academic for me really as my trip to the NW got cancelled.
