We all know cows are getting a bad press for belching methane and causing global warming, but there seems to be a little-known more incipient risk

If one steps out in front of you on the motorway.

Of course as I gaze forelornly through the smashed windscreen. I would be thinking,
"Is it ok for me to take this home....or is that just deer"

Of course I am sure I read somewhere that your not allowed to keep whatever it is you have run down. But somebody else can...is that right. ?

Sorry....going off topic here.  :D

Don't know about anything else but that's the law with Pheasants

I would imagine with a farmed animal such as a tagged sheep or pig etc that it still belongs to the farmer

Offline Alanroy

I say, if you run a cow down and can get it in your vehicle, you should be entitled to keep it. Providing it doesn't explode, of course.

Pheasants or peasants ? I've often had the urge to run over a few peasants (especially ones wearing Man utd shirts)  :D
