Nice review OP, and always wanted to book her but didn't due to low AW rating.  And she is in London Mayfair now, hope is just touring and come back to Sussex soon.

Definitely strange and unprofessional, she should have let you know her period came on the morning of your booking, at least then you still have more of a choice, instead she arrived and put you on the hot seat.
