Author Topic: How to do a reverse image search on an AW profile picture  (Read 2637 times)

Offline wiltsman

This girl has popped up in Bournemouth. No reviews on AW or here.

External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only

The pictures show an absolute stunner  .... a real 10/10 babe!  But I presume the chances of that being the actual girl you'd meet must be pretty low!  I see lots of reviews on here where members have reverse image searched, to see if the pics have been stolen from some model on Instagram or the like, but if I try to copy the pics on AW I just get the copyright warning and I'm unable to download the image to do the seach. Could anyone do a search on these pics for me  .... or tell me what I'm doing wrong!  If I thought there was a possibilty these pics were real I'd TOFTT like a shot!

i have changed the heading - as the question is about how to do a reverse image search on an AW pic rather than about this one particular lady. I have also moved it from the SW board to the main, national board as it maybe of interest to members in other regions too.

Just screenshot it on your phone. Or if on a PC I think it’s Win+Alt+S to grab a section of the screen.
Then use Google image search to look for matches.

You can drag and drop the image to a new tab or directly to a reverse image search engine.
Yandex is pretty good for that, for example: External Link/Members Only (not sure if the link will work for long)

I personally can't find any of her photos indexed on other websites but maybe someone else will find something.

Yeah I guess it also depends what device / browser OP is using.

Another way is to click the pic to open it, expand it so you can see the white surround and right click on that select 'page source' then scroll down to the long link, click that and you have the photo to do what you want with.

Use Chrome on PC (and some other Chromium based ones) then install Kuck's AW Civilizer extension and take it from there.

If using any other browser on PC then:
Open image search in a browser tab
Open the AW profile photo you want to check.
Drag the photo out of the AW photoviewer pop-up window (make sure to open the largest version of the pic first) and into your browser main window showing the Image search.

I could be wrong, but I suspect the problem with this is that AWank watermark the girls photos.  When you save/download the pics, there is “Adultwork.com” printed on the saved image.  I assume this causes RIL engines to come back with zero results regardless of whether the image is stolen or not since image lookup will not match perfectly.

That seemed to work daviemac  .... I found this just using Google reverse image search:

External Link/Members Only

It would seem that kristy may well not be the girl in the pics.  Disappointed  ... but not surprised!

Offline hfe689343

Even without cropping out the watermark, the reverse search seem to work.
I didn't think about also flipping the image before doing the search though, that's a good idea.

That did occur to me, but if the image dimensions change, wouldn’t that also impact the search which does a comparison?

How would you know if they had cropped the photo or posted the full version they'd stolen.   :unknown:

Fair point.

Using AW Civilizer on the PC is the best way of doing it.  You can just scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Reverse image search' next to the pictures.

External Link/Members Only

That's the reverse image search link - brings up 3 matches at the bottom of the page.

AW Civilizer is brilliant tbh - gets you access to about 75% of private gallery photo's for free too + tidies up the AW webpage massively.

I very rarely find reverse image searching works though, even on the B&S Rom's on VS, where the photo's have clearly been taken from elsewhere.

Edited to add the second picture looks to be taken from a brazilian lingerie website: External Link/Members Only

Using the civilizer to see the PG photos I found this: External Link/Members Only and this: External Link/Members Only and this! External Link/Members Only all on Yandex

Offline SoapyTW

If you are using chrome, this plugin is good (for AW and any other sites)

External Link/Members Only

It lets you right click an image and fire it off to 4 diff reverse image search sites

100% use AW civiliser tho. It's great!

the best reverse image search tool is the Google Chrome extension "Search by Image"
full list of search engines it can access is at  External Link/Members Only
some are more use than others
download from External Link/Members Only

you'll also need another extension to re-enable the right click on the AW website, Google has several to choose from, this one works OK

I see the lady in question has vanished from AW.

What a surprise

TinEye is pretty effective, too - External Link/Members Only

Really?

It used to be, but now I rank it 3rd in the 3 options I use for reverse image searching. Tineye tends to find bugger all.

Yandex works best for me, closely followed by Google reverse search, and then 100 miles further back, Tineye.

Tineye seems to find some images that Google doesn't - but I haven't tried Yandex.  Will give the latter a go.
