Cate_Thai - Farnborough (most likely admin error, not SPs fault)

Given address - block of flats near chain fast food joint. Arrived and parked - given directions and flat number.
Usual behind the door trick, invited inside and directed to the room. Immediately I feel something is off. Usually photos are airbrushed/brightened with the combination of low lighting at the venue sometimes it's easily forgiven if the SP isn't exactly as expected. But I'd remembered seeing another profile and I asked her are you Hana? She says yes. I then bring up another profile and ask her is this you? She confirms, turns out she's Cate_Thai:

I then show her Hana's profile and day this is who I arranged to see. From previous contact with "Hana" who was in the next town over the previous week had mentioned that she'd be in Farnborough this week, I'd wondered whether I'd genuinely been B&S with the lure that she was here but in actual fact not yet moved.
Cate confirms Hana works in the same flat with her, but may be with a customer. I ask her could you please find out? She texts the handler, asks me to call the handler and check myself as well. Within a minute or so we find out she is available. I apologise to Cate as this was a bit awkward but to be fair I wasn't here to see her, she was absolutely fine with it and leads me to Hana's room. I will make a separate review about that meet.

So negative due to the (may be just a genuine mix up rather than a deliberate) B&S  but this is no reflection on Cate who was genuinely lovely and understanding from the outset.

If Hana hadn't been there I'd have actually walked, again no reflection on Cate, it's just not what I was after (as I'd passed on her profile in the first place) and had enough punts where the SPs were disappointing compared to the photos and I'd gone through with it anyway but these days I'd rather only spend the cash if I'm totally happy with the first impressions in person.

Shouldn't the title of the review be Hana_Thai and not Cate_Thai as I assume that Hana is getting the negative review?

I did get Hana_Thai, I have done a separate review for the meet. This was the events leading up to it where I was B&S/appointment mixed up with Cate_Thai instead

I’m with wtfb on this one.
What looks to be the fault of the call handler is getting Cate a negative review.

If I were the OP……… I would have reviewed Hana (as he says he has) and probably just mentioned the confusion in that post.

I've reported the review, I think it needs a mod to clear this up.

The OP's reviewed the meet twice, as a positive for Hana and a -ve for Cate.

If you didn't have a booking with Cate you can't review her, nor can the agency be reviewed and it looks like your booking was with Hana.

It looks to me you booked Hana but they tried a B&S which you didn't accept then saw Hana anyway.   

By posting 2 reviews you are complicating matters, You booked Hana and you saw Hana and the rating of that review should reflect the attempted B&S.

As this looks like a copy and paste of the review of Hana I'll move it to discussions for now.
