Decided to Toft this new place ace massage

Think it's best to put up the complaint I sent them.
This is my review of your service appointment
Arrived 3 minutes early before apintment
Raining outside rings bell I can see staff ignoring bell.
When I'm inside i wait 10 minutes so appointment starts more than 10 minutes late.
And finish 7 minutes early before the hour .
So about 17 minutes lost.
The massage was about 30 minutes on my calfs 7 minutes doing my back the and a few minutes head massage.
I expect a body massage not a calf massage but you haven't trained your staff to know what a body massage is if you actually know yourself.
I knew it was going to be bad when the guy coming out was shaking his head at me and completely ignored the girl who asked if he enjoyed his hour.
So no repeat custom from me and the guy coming out. 1 out of 10 and that's to much.
The girl I think romainian not good English about early 30s
I really don't mind getting a legit massage if it's decent which most legit massages are good .
I sent the review text about 10 pm so no reply yet has they don't open till about 1pm. I was covered with a towel
