How far from Burnt Oak tube station, walking and/or bus?

Its about a 5-10 min walk uphill on the way from the tube, no idea about buses, in a block of flats. I have met 2 WGs in the same block of flat over the years, both really ugly compared to their pics, 1 so ugly i felt sick and walked off very quickly, neg review done at the time.
