For me, the devil is in the detail. Whatever we may think B2B means, it might turn out to have a very different meaning to the lady.
As soon as they utter the B2B words, I tell them what I would like. If the lady says no naked, or no pussy touching or whatever, then I adjust the price accordingly. Good reminder for me (perhaps others) that not only do they massage every day, they also negotiate and know the market better than we do even with this site. Sometimes easy to assume when they don't speak great English that they're naive amateurs when they're really hardened professionals.
