Ignoring your OTT summary of hygiene preparation, I don't agree with you on most of what you say above, but it's your money, your opinion, your choice.

You either spend a lot of time showering or you're really poor / tight to be so worried about your ££ vs time vs benefit. It takes just 2 minutes to shower.
