Decided to check out 319 Gray's Inn given all the attention it's been getting and as it's associated with Golden Sunshine in West Ken.
Multiple adverts under various quises on several listing sites, all usually quite blatant about the address.

Down the wide stairs to the basement it's all tidy and clean and quite spacious. Small reception desk to immediate right at the bottom.
