If you are interested in her then use the number I gave and tell her you saw the Gumtree advert a couple of weeks ago. Can you explain how to do that or post a link to the instructions? Every so often when I google a number and follow the link to Gumtrewe it comes up with "Sorry that advert is no longer available" even though in the google search I could see the first line of the actual advert.

I have tried to find out how to do this myself but its defeated me so any hints/tips would be apprciated

Sure. Unfortunately, the 2 links from this review and yours have both disappeared from the google cache (hence the importance to capture as early as possible) but I'll post a series of screenshots of a random example.

1) Say you're looking for Emma in Harrow

2) If you click on the top link, gumtree says the ad is expired

3) However, next to each google link are 3 small, vertical dots (I think it's a universal symbol to say there are more functions/services available). Click on this. There is info about the link but also a button that says "cache". Click on this

4) The cache gives you info about when the page was captured, in this case 16th May.

Note that any weblinks on the cached page aren't also captured so they lead you back to gumtree in this case. It also means that you can't get the phone number unless the advertiser posted it in the body of the advert.
