So this where the lack of comms between Raven, whoever manages the AW profile and the person answering the Whatsapp I mentioned. When I said I wanted CIM and Swallow I was told that it would be £30 extra. For me £180 for all that is ok and the usual sort of rates I pay. As I said Raven has no clue what I had asked for. Next time I would arrange it through Whatsapp and then discuss with Raven when I got there.
