I don't sense that it's about her customers. It's not as if she's hiding from a previous persona (same number; always a name starting with "S"). Maybe it's just a bit of fun related to when she moves to a new location for a fresh start. I hope fresh starts are accompanied with improve service; the quality noticeably deteriorated (for me) over last year.

She’s gone out of town for a while and her advert is linking to Anna who (according to this forum) she has done a 4 hands with before. I think they used to work out of the same apartment a while back but I haven’t seen Anna advertising for a while. I have not visited Anna.
