Saw this ad a couple of weeks back and had noted it for a possible recce. Was due to be in Surbiton last week so decided to have a sniff. Mina is the name on the ad, I wasn't given a name for the SP. They informed me a "new girl" was in and she is Japanese. Hyuh! Right!
This crew are the typical Chinese weekly turnover place and it seems following the form of fibbing about their SPs.

Comms were fairly prompt and succinct by text. Given postcode to a residential road a good 10-15 mins walk West from Surbiton station. Low-rise block of flats on a quiet road but you're overlooked by plenty of windows on the approach. Parking probably easy enough in the area.
Mobile connection a little iffy at destination but eventually got through whilst stood incongruously outside and was given the number and floor of the flat. Greeted by maid as I topped the stairs and ushered to the door. Maid was 30s, Chinese, plain, quiet, sturdy build, 5'3"ish with some barely adequate English. Inside she pointed me to a bedroom to the immediate right, lit by a red lamp.
The "Japanese" turned out to be a late 30s at best but likely 40s+ Chinese, slender, soft size 10 figure (don't recall it looking overly flabby), 5'4"ish (perhaps in heels), long bouffant black hair, a hand-sized tat above her left breast, boobs looked natural B/Cs, attractive mature face with red lippy. She didn't speak any useful English and conversed with the maid in Mandarin.
I had been expecting a massage operation but they straight up quoted me 70 for 30 mins or 100 for 60 (I think) and the vibe was sex service. I wasn't in the mood to piss away all the money on the unknown and they didn't seem minded to do a massage with the option of extras. Given the hesitance I wasn't encouraged about how confirming services would go and the inevitable +20 this +20 that.
The SP wasn't turning on the charm in words or actions so not exactly hot to trot and irresistible.
Decided to walk as I knew I could punt with certainty back in New Malden for the same money or indeed head to Tolworth for warmer welcomes.
They let me out without fuss and no Mandarin mutterings cursing me as I left.
