Comms - Arranged by whatsapp, £250 for 1.5hrs

Location - flat on ground floor of small development near the train station

I understand how she may seem to expensive if you were able to see her at HOD. But for me, £150 for 45 mins is a bargain for the quality of her DT, CIM and attractiveness. I would assume she stiill offers £100 for 30 mins if you ask.

She must work sporadically, best advice I was given was to be persistent and just message her regularly. It won't annoy her as she only checks her messages when she is available. I think she will only respond to messages most recent as she probably has a library of messages from when she was away (not much point in answering the less recent ones imo)

she can't fit everyone in and probably  ignores random texts ,calls etc
worth persevering
last time I saw her ,it was for half an hour at 100 recently ,so she didn't impose 45 minute cost
