The VivaStreet ad says clearly "no sexual services - thank you for understanding".  She also said upfront "there was no form of relaxation or sexual service" - that sounds pretty clear to me.

The negative was not on the basis that there were no extras.
It is pretty much a normal massage review and yeah, keep the extras aside the massage could indeed be better. On top of that she denied minor requests like a good view of her back etc.
