Sammy and Bella moved on a few years ago now. 

I saw Sammy last year before she went home. Not seen Bella since she moved away. Kept in touch for a while, but last time i heard from her was before Christmas.  I dont live in birmingham, hence why i asked the question.

Should have added that the weather was foul that night; I arrived by foot 10 mins early and got soaked. The final part required a telephone conversation and with all the rain sposhing about it was difficult to hear her explanation of where the appartment was. Looking back I think I was seriously stressed when I arrived, and I guess as I was new to her she was also a little reserved. I may give her another go at some point.
