It’s a negative even though it never happened
Comms : A few txts exchanged and time and place agreed £60 for 30 mins .
Location : East bank road area
Meet: Called when I got near and she asked if I minded taking her to corner shop to top up electric, she would come out to meet me . When she appeared it looked like she’d been sleeping rough , dirty clothes , not well groomed and reeked of cannabis . I took her to the shop as agreed but bailed before she came out . She was clearly high as she could hardly speak so a near miss !
