Kara Louise - PG scammer?

New profile popped up in Blackpool earlier; I don't remember seeing it before but sent off an e-mail asking what services she offered as nothing is listed and she says to ask.
Got a fairly unhelpful response saying "Full service"

Anyway she's now moved and showing as being in the North East; Redcar and Cleveland but the town as London 
I'm thinking despite paying to show her number that she's probably a PG scammer and showing the number tries to add credibility to her profile

Happy to be proved wrong but just really posting to warn others

Yeah 1st pic clearly fake. The 2nd and 3rd might be her as there are no results for reverse image search but overall really suspicious.

She’s “been” in various NW towns of late - Preston , Bolton , Blackburn that I’ve seen.
What you can see of the “pics” actually resembles an Accy girl from SA I met under that same name of “Kara”  4/5 years ago who was a mess personally but a good shag .
