The US military bases in the region are trashed, note that hardly any footage has been shown on MSM news channel. Iran wiped out a multi million dollar US radar systems in the Gulf, as of today with that and US have left Iraq, Israel has less early warning of a Iranian attack.

I do wonder if the US will return to the region, remember they took over the regional security role from the UK, and have carried on in our footsteps. But US has brought on destruction to the Gulf, and now MBS is begging everyone he knows and those he doesn't to come and fight the Houtis, if the US won't come to Saudi's aid, why should they continue with the Petrodollar deal? It was set up in 1974 by Kissinger, he will be turning in his grave.

The whole of Arabia's lines in the sand were drawn up by Britain after WWI, I agree with some analyst who think in a couple of years time, many of these emirates and kingdoms will disappear.
Hard to see the US leaving the Middle East willingly.
Too much money and resources at stake.
To quote Biden when he had half a functioning brain (albeit zero morals) .... "Were there not an Israel, the USA would have to invent one to protect her interests in the region" .
The ultimate goal is global hegemony and since China is capable of challenging that and putting a road bump in the plans to transfer wealth to the Wall Street/Silicon Valley/Blackrock/Big Pharma/Oil /BigAg cartel , they are in for the duration.

The US might not have a choice, especially in the Persian Gulf, the gulf is in tatters, Qatari's LNG facilities are trashed for example, with friends like the US who needs enemies?

Israel is a major liability to the United States America is desperate to pivot through the far East, China is a major threat to the United States interest by Israel  will continue to extract as much resources it can from western governments until eventually it becomes impossible to hide it's truth and governments or no longer be able to claim

It's  Western democracy with liberal values and all that stuff and the political cost of aligning with them will just be too much.

Also does government debt balloons there will be much more scrutiny and pushed back on funding Israel

So Israel will split off on his own and just carry on it's ethnic cleansing

totally agree with you the basis are trashed they are just rubble to fix them will cost billions and they are simply an easy target for anybody you want to take aim at US interests.

Compare this to China's approach the United States spend billions building bases all around the world and now it's been proven these's bases are simply a liability

this whole Israel didn't exist America would have to invent it just goes to show you how deeply entrenched Israel is in the American political system, that they are able to make presidents come out with such statements.

When do reality is if is Israel didn't exist America would be in a much better place ,

If anyone has came to see evidence of this you can do a cost calculator based on the entire amount of foreign aid given to Israel since his creation including American middle Eastern wolves, you can also include veteran costs but it becomes harder to quantify, you should be up in the trillions by the end of it

Israel and the US political and financial class are intertwined.
You only have to see the amount of money the lobby will find to attack anyone who goes against the Zionist entity .
And they have VERY deep pockets.
Ellison. Singer. Thiel. Dell. Romney. Bloomberg. Dimon.
And Thomas Massie was an example of the lengths they will go to to smother any criticism of Israel.
Ain't it great when being antiwar, anti-genocide, anti ethnic cleansing, anti-Epstein class is piled upon and you are accused of being the modern day equivalent of Julius Streicher ?

What is this supposed "treason"? Under US Law - Article III section 3 of the Constitution - Treason means "levying war against the U.S. or adhering to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort."
it was specifically worded to prevent the Government from using vague charges of treason to silence political opposition or dissent.

Just read about NAZA documentary, the film features testimony from 24 Israeli military intelligence officers and soldiers involved in the surveillance and remote killing of Palestinian civilians during the war in Gaza.
It is mind blowing, IDF denies everything of course, some of the sources said that to get 1 Hamas target apparently 500 civilians were anticipated to be killed as collateral damage.

Quote
The IDF also denied that it had approved, planned or carried out an attack anticipating 500 civilian casualties in pursuit of a single Hamas target.

The IDF statement follows previous efforts by Israeli politicians to dismiss NAZA – a military acronym euphemistically used by Israeli intelligence to indicate the number of civilians that it expects will be killed in an airstrike – which have accompanied death threats against the film’s directors, Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, and calls by the country’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, for them to be stripped of their Israeli citizenship.

There’s a two-page article by Fraser Nelson in today’s Times under the heading, “How ‘deaths of despair’ help explain the rise of Reform” and the sub-heading, “A new kind of inter-generational poverty is emerging in old benefit heartlands. Nigel Farage’s party is strongest where drink and drugs deaths have surged”.

It includes this:

Suicide among men aged 50 to 54 has hit the highest rate since such records began four decades ago. Some 532 men in their early fifties took their own lives last year.

Add this to our surging drugs and alcohol deaths and we can now see the same problem Deaton diagnosed. It ought to be impossible: the UK welfare state has never spent more; spending on the sick and disabled has almost doubled in 20 years. But holes in our safety net seem to have grown wider, with people falling deeper.

When we started the Times Welfare Inquiry, looking at what’s working and what isn’t, these “deaths of despair” emerged as a marker of a new inequality. They’re at their worst in areas where out-of-work benefits were the highest 20 years ago, and economic growth has passed them by. During that period, this scourge has fallen sharply in Europe — but risen here.

No country has seen a worse deterioration: it’s a new British disease. During our research, we noticed a strange but unmistakable trait. Wherever deaths of despair have been rising fastest, Reform UK support tends to be strongest. A new form of poverty is emerging — and support for Nigel Farage’s party seems to be its marker.

In other words, there’s a strong statistical correlation between voting Reform and wanting to kill oneself.

I make no comment.  I’m merely reporting the facts.

Are you interested in understanding the numbers you have quoted and whether they actually mean what you are saying?  I suspect not as your posts have hardly any relationship with the truth.

Historically surnames among the white population are spread over an enormous number of names whilst some ethic populations are concentrated on particular surnames. So whilst it says for example Khan might become the most popular name it will still be massively outnumbered by a combination of "white" names that you approve off.

Also of course many of the babies with the names that offend a bigot like you are not born of immigrants but 3rd, 4th etc generation Brits.

In 2025 some 60% of births had 2 UK born parents.

In the first nine months of 2026, the European Union imported $21.3 billion worth of energy resources from Russia, the amount of hypocrisy is off the charts.  :D

Perhaps they are sane Conservative voters like your good self. :hi:

A search for ''Suicide among men aged 50 to 54 COMPARED TO WOMEN''  reveals.....

''The suicide rate among men aged 50 to 54 in 2025 is 28.0 deaths per 100,000 people, compared to 7.7 deaths per 100,000 people for women aged 45 to 49. This indicates that men in this age group are significantly more likely to die by suicide than women in the same age group. The data highlights the need for targeted prevention and support services for middle-aged men to address the disparities in suicide rates between genders.''

The people that you call native are themselves a mixture of waves of immigration over centuries.

I know one of the births that was last year and was outside the 60% referred to - father a english man with generations of relatives behind him born here.  Wife polish who has settled here, works and has made her life here.  Why would anyone object to that - wife is a positive addition to UK and I am sure the child will make us proud.

Change that to a wife who is a person of colour and some of the posters on this thread will wet themselves in outrage - but it does not change the scenario.

For the record unlike Farage, the reform lot and the other far right idiots I am proud of this country and wish people like Punter2022 and Putin loving fanboys like Jerboa (ex service man my arse) would leave and go somewhere they would be happier.
