In a word, and whilst YMMV, overrated. Harper's an intelligent and friendly person, however I found this to be an underwhelming experience. In summary I didn't find Harper particularly attractive, I found her unprofessional in not being properly prepped, and the services on offer I found to be rather average.

Initial contact via email. Fairly slow response times, although Harper admitted that she has her own business, and I guess this shows in her comms.
Following agreement of time, date and services in principle, I was required to pay a deposit of £50, by way of bank transfer, and also provide Harper with one form of ID confirming my name. This isn't too dissimilar to punting in North America, something which I'm used to, so I didn't have any issues with this type of booking protocol, but I accept that this will put many off.

Less than a 10 minute walk from South Ken station, a couple of streets away from the infamous 10 floors of whores. Harper's place was a small basement apartment, in a gated community. Buzzer entry system with no concierge.
Clean and tidy with a small courtyard area out the back. The bathroom that I was asked to use was located out through the kitchen, stand-in bath job, clean and tidy etc. The usual toiletries, clean towel and refreshments (water & wine) were offered.

On site, Harper buzzed me through the exterior gate and then it was a short walk between two blocks of apartments on either side to her place. Harper was charming and friendly, we sat down for a chat at her kitchen table, but I couldn't help thinking that I just didn't find her that attractive.
Jumped into the shower, walked back to the bedroom and Harper was now in her lingerie, looked okay. We started getting down to it, she delivers decent DFK, her OWO was alright, nothing spectacular, I've had a lot better, but conversely a lot worse. No real DT, gagging, spitting etc, her rim job on me was likewise pretty tame.
I asked Harper to rubber me up and moved through a few positions, I suggested we switch it up to a-levels and Harper responded by saying she hadn't douched, I thought she was joking at first, but when I realised she wasn't, I just couldn't believe it. I politely asked if there was any other reason, aside from her not having been properly prepared, why a-levels weren't available, Harper confirmed it was just down to her not being clean. On hearing this, I suggested that she go and rectify this situation post haste, which she duly obliged, but the break in proceedings, and the manner in which it had occurred, rather put a damper on the whole booking.
On Harper's return from the bathroom, she got me hard again with some more OWO, proceeded through a-levels in doggy and missionary, after which she took CIM without flinching.
I don't think Harper's service approaches anything near a PSE, she's pretty submissive, more akin to a dirty GFE, and for me, there's far better at it, and whilst looks are subjective, better looking SPs providing it too.
Fyi Harper owns a small dog.
