I was in Liverpool on a punting mission today, was posting about it real time
here, I was left out of options after my 11:30pm cancelled on me, I was trying to find a parlour nearby but wasn't able to so resorted to chatting up the girl in McDonalds and saving it till getting back to Manchester.
Can't see any parlour lasting long in Liverpool, the council might not have been able to block it but I wouldn't mind betting that the local plod will soon put a stop to any "non legit" activities.
