A timewaster.  Firstly she never answers her phone.  She gave me the approximate address by text, we arranged to meet 30 minutes later.  When I turned up and asked for the apartment number there was no response.  I waited for a bit, tried several texts and calls, then went back to my hotel.  A bit later I got a message saying she would be 15 minutes as she was on her way back from the shops, so totally ignored our arrangement.
