I think it is very true that SPs do get burn out yet continue in this job.

Before covid I saw an SP in Manchester, Nat she called herself. She’d been around since 2014 or something with good reviews. I felt like I was with an experienced SP but everything was controlled and restricted. Certainly not the experience I would have expected from a long term SP who should know the score.
