I suspect that since Tracey has been away, Melinda's workload has increased substantially.

I have never found her mechanical, but I tend to see her in the mornings, when she is fresh.  However, on my last visit, she did mention that she was fully booked for the rest of the day.  If she is fully booked, day-in day-out, that has got to take a toll.
