CommsQuick efficient comms. Sakura insists on a phone call to start with, but has good English and is easy to understand. After that, all comms were via SMS. I confirmed the day before and was sent the postcode.
Location Very nice ground floor flat in Summertown, north of Oxford. Super clean and tidy, yet still homely. Nice bathroom, towels and toiletries. Very safe area with lots of free 2 hour on road parking. Sakura talked me in by phone and let me in a side door, so no faffing around with an intercom or bumping into other residents in the corridor.
