Always take precautions, and get tested regularly. SHL is such a godsend for this! For me BB obviously comes with the stigma associated with HIV, etc, but my biggest fear from it is an unwanted pregnancy. That shit scares the shit out of me. 

If you ever get infected with anything, always take the full course of treatment! The amount of people I know who stock up on antibiotics or don't finish the course is too damn high!

I never did BB except oral for which I have been told can rarely transmit HIV - I believed cbacterial infections can be treated fairly easily but given the pain I am suffering I do not see myself risking it again, I could have visited the SH couple of days earlier but its almost impossible to get an appointment.

Yeh that was me hahaha. Its a UTI shouldn't be a STI once the full course of Doxy is done you'll be right as rain! I still do Owo as it's the main way for me to blow but the best way to reduce chances to near 0 is to drink lots of water or juice before the punt and then piss immediately after you blow or the punt. Ideally you wash away the residual this way than it staying longer and potentially going into your blood stream

I have seen posts on forums suggesting some people believe urinating after sexual contact reduces the risk of contracting an STI.

Most of the damage from what I'm aware of gets done over a very short period of time that said transfer of invasive bacteria or sti sticks around after oral etc. Residual cum also helps trap keep these around longer too but when you piss initially after the punt you clear.most.of the residual that hasn't yet fully started to stick tightly or make it's way down to the bloodstream. That first piss is very important but you'd want one or two more pisses just to backup the first. In my case since I've never had any issues after using it and other punters more experienced and with more under their belts using this method seem not to have got anything at all since. Up to one I nonetheless to analyse the risk and what the appropriate course of action to prevent or reduce that will be

Yeh for me I do regular testing with my Local GP. I've know the Doc since 5 so he and I get along well enough that I'm not really under pressure or overly questioned. Honestly if I'd have received so many questions too id have done it every month rather than 3 weeks.

I was waiting your response, as far as I am concerned condom use with all partners, for all intercourse, regular testing including oral swabs (yesterday the GUM decided I can once again have anal swabs if I wish) as per advice from GUM, trying to avoid cross contamination with hands, covering toys with a condom, insisting on oral swabs, use of mouthwash and disinfecting/cleaning toys as soon as I can after a booking are my standards.

A high water and other fluid intake means I urinate frequently anyway, at least twice during a multi hour booking and likely immediately after without a thought. Often surprised how many punters do not urinate during a long booking. I understand urination is not possible for men with an erect penis but a booking is not necessarily a constant hard on for some of the instances I am thinking about.

Yeh didn't state STI's for that reason. UTI's however can be reduced more so again in women but also men, the time a UTI takes in men will obviously be longer because of the urethra length of men is longer than of that of women. Its simple physics alone that a pressure will remove at least some of the said Bacteria out on a piss. Ofc however this doesn't mean 100% of the bacteria will be removed and punters etc are still advised like with most medical advice in the sex world to dyor and know what risks aren't simply worth taking.
