Author Topic: Just Reiterating Warning About OWO  (Read 9676 times)

Wouldn't have expected to be sat here at nearly 3am on a Tuesday morning, watching a rewind of eastenders whilst writing about my experience of pain as my little commando lays tucked in a clean sock recovering. Last week I started experiencing pain when pissing, honestly this shit ain't no joke its almost like pissing burning napalm out. Now last time I've even had actual Sex was last December and that was protected ofc, never gone unprotected however I've had OWO 3 times since I started punting in Jan.

More specifically my last OWO experience however amazing it was(Haven't yet reviewed her), I believe was where my all the current issues with What might be an STD(But definitely is some Infection) has come from. The WG I only found out of recent was a Smoker now I doubt ofc that causes shit but I usually like to stay away from WGs that Smoke for preference. The WG in question I doubt would be respectful to post details aswell as the fact her ADW.com page looks to be removed now which is a bit suspicious.

She was quite well looking and was clean on the day for sure, myself also washed at home but then again also washed at her place to make her happy(was rambling about men coming to her at time unwashed etc so wanted to avoid mood killing). Test wise I've been clear for all 2 months of punting( till I guess when the Doc sends the urine sample result tomorrow) as would like to make sure I do my bit for the SP's own health and I assume the same is done by them.

There seems to be a common misconception that OWO cannot pass STDs but having a read online this is clearly untrue and considering again the only activity in my last two months that I'd say was unprotected is OWO of which only saw symptoms last Friday at least for me now makes me weary. I think the way we treat BB should be the same with OWO especially if had I ignored my symptoms etc like some do and then go to an SP or like wise the SP does the same then the transmission definitely spreads like wildfire, I know even after me that day there were a few guys booked.

Honestly after all the ramble above lads, I'd say(although I'm sure many of you know already) make sure to get tested as frequently as you can especially after OWO or if you're one of the BB lads. Make sure the SP imo isn't a conveyor belt without reputable testing if possible, the more active they are the more risk all you mad lads may be affected if receiving OWO. Sitting here on Doxycycline with a fking 3rd leg pissing burning napalm but hey that's a lesson for me

Always thought I had the gameplan on lockdown but never did my research and assumed OWO was same from STDs etc(Dumb yes) alas I've learnt now. Not much of an issue to me in terms of cutting down OWO as It was only an extra to what I get up to with WGs. I usually go for Lowkey WGs for this reason especially but decided to bite the bullet with an active one and indeed got what I deserved  :dash:

Ramble over gotta go piss more burning napalm till the doxycycline works thru.

Offline BillGoldberg

Same thing happened to me 10-15 years ago. Owo was the cause to my surprise. Yes, felt like I was pissing razor blades for a few days after. Its personal choice though and it's only happened to me once in over 20 years of punting and Owo.

I will not stop enjoying owo on punts because the risk of infection is small and that's borne out of my own personal experience  :hi:

Offline sensualencounter

Whilst I appreciate the warning OP, you will not have a clue whether the escort is low key or non conveyor belt the vast majority of the time. And she could still be BBing others outside of work.

The best advice out of this is to make sure you test yourself frequently. I would hazard a guess that the vast majority of punters don’t bother and yet they are as much to blame for any spreading of STIs as the escorts.

BB is fucking dumb and, whilst OWO does come with risks, they are most definitely a lot lower and I think it’s a bit ridiculous to say they are the same. That is where you are free to assess your own risks and change to OW if you wish.

Offline FiveKnuckles

that statement reads so wrong.  IMO the majority here that take OWO know and accept the risk and anyone not doing their research is a fool!
BB is frowned upon due to HIV, whereas STDs through oral 'may' be fixed with a shot.

It's a game of chance some take.

now that you started a thread, do update us with the results.  more importantly get well soon.

read the ukp rules for allegations on STDs before you post your review.  'I believe' is just pinning it on the last sexual encounter.  STDs have different incubation periods

Sorry to hear you're suffering.   Did the testing include a mouth swab?
Stick to the full course of medication and stay away from the ladies until it's done.   I stopped the course early once when the symptoms disappeared and had to have an extra week of medication as a result (and 2 extra weeks nookie free).  If the symptoms are still present at the end of the course then be sure to contact the GP/clinic for further treatment.

What do you mean when you say you were clear for 2 months, were you testing clear daily/weekly up to 2 weeks after your unprotected encounters and immediately before getting the next OWO?  Hopefully the clinician made it clear that infectious sex partners can be asymptomatic so depending on when you got each of your blowies and how sure you were of being uninfected before you got stuck in, it is possible you may have been infected before your last one and it would be prudent to notify all ladies you crossed with in the 2-3 weeks prior to symptoms.

Percentage wise I've caught more from civvies than I have from SPs; of the few in total about half the infections were from civvies even though they amount to about 20% of the sex over 30+ years.

Yeh had been testing every 3 weeks since I started in Jan. I only really got the courage to try OWO on my third punt back in late Jan. Nothing came thru on the swab and urine sample back then. Last check I had would have been just after my last review in hoxton which was a week later again swab and urine sample and according to GP checked out. Only visit I made that Did have OWO involved was the punt around late Feb. Checkup actually would be two days later. And thanks yeh. 100% staying away till 7 day cycle is done. Least I'd want is anyone else getting whatever it is.

Thankfully didn't have time for any more punts after the last one due to work. Will be off it even after the cycle for a month just to be safe. I did try to contact the last SP but she's away in the middle east. Won't be back to late March. Just to notify her as a precaution for herself and others.

Understandable this is why I've also not pinned or posted the SP herself here to avoid if I'm indeed wrong pinning the blame on her. I regularly test every 3 weeks with a swab and urine sample ever since I started in Jan this year, to be safe. Almost like OCD for me to check as they say the sooner you spot any signs and deal with them early the better as well as I like building rapport with an SP so that I am able to revisit only a select few that I feel provide great service so that I'm not always looking around for a new SP and running the risk or B&S etc. Getting myself checked is for the protection of not just myself but the SP's themselves. Indeed till test results come will I know really if it was that last punt or one that had brewed for a month. Only had OWO on 3 occasions all about 2-3 weeks spaced from each other. Never any BB or unprotected activities, No Anal either. Maybe I'm missing another way Idk

Have you not had any bloods taken? Swabs and urine will only test for certain STIs. Blood is needed for HIV (and syphilis I think).

I caught non-gonococcal urethritis twice in 18 months from OWO from WGs, though you can also get it from other causes. Not great and just unlucky I guess. I still prefer OWO when available though, life is full of risks...

Doc told me the symptons I was showing aka discharge and burning when pissing was more so symptoms of assumed infection or a form of STD I'm assuming Chlamy. Still waiting tho for my Urine sample result.

Yeh tbh you're right. Caught whatever it is once I assume and now I'm considering pussying out of OWO  :dash: But tbh I've always been a risk taker and as you've said if its offered it will be hard to resist. Wonder if there is any pills you take before oral to keep one's self protected

I have had somewhere between 500 and 1000 punts, all with OWO and never caught anything.

You were unlucky or susceptible to catch it in 3!

Had the same 10 years back which put me off getting OWO from a wg, as much as I like it I only receive it from civvies.

@kevin given your regular checks, wondering where you do it? a GP or somewhere else? I often book a private GP since I'm on short on time etc, and the private ones tend to ask more questions about sexual habits etc. It puts me off going to them regularly. Anyone else experience the same? What do you do if you want to test regularly, every 3 weeks or so? It's a practice I am keen to adopt.

I have also become much more lax recently and accepted OWO, and sometimes doing RO with a particularly anticipated WG--breaking my own policy. As I have a partner, I need to be as safe as possible in case I get something and I get questions, or if I pass it to her and she tests for it--tracing it back to me!

Yeh for me I do regular testing with my Local GP. I've know the Doc since 5 so he and I get along well enough that I'm not really under pressure or overly questioned. Honestly if I'd have received so many questions too id have done it every month rather than 3 weeks.

Sex clinics I'd assume may be much less judgemental if you're being too much questioned at yours, id check reviews online if possible if choosing one incase. I've one I'd go to immediately if my Doc leaves my local GP

I wonder what the statistical probability is to catch something from OWO, which is rare in 3 punts.

I wonder if you actually caught it before then and it only became symptomatic after your punts.

I would think but being that it was only this year I started punting and my first owo early Feb I only believe it could have happened between the 2nd or 3rd session. My only thing is that of maybe it was caught lets say 2nd session then I'm wondering why it took so long to appear till the 3rd session. What would trigger it from being received and carried to now active

I hope you realise because you have started this thread and given so much information about your recent punting activity, including making it obvious you haven't punted since, if you post a review now it will identify the SP you allege gave you an STI and that is against the rules.

The rules are very clear, STI allegations are not allowed and you are fully aware of this. Trying to circumvent the rules by posting a thread like this then a review that is obviously about the same WG will result in a ban.

Offline Stickitin

Had literally had OWO from a 1000+ girls and never had an STD, extremely low risk imo….

Offline Big_Al

Unfortunately there is a risk from just any skin to skin contact. I picked up molluscum over 10 years ago after a period of more intense punting. Whilst a harmless and pain free condition it was stressful as it took ages to clear up. Many rounds of cryotherapy and observation before I finally shook it off many months after getting it.

There are nasty little things like this around that there is a calculated risk that is heightened with SPs. You just live and take your chances within your own personal appetite for risk.

I’ve always taken assurance from the fact that you would have to expect SPs to take their health very seriously and therefore the risks may be lower (IMO) than say a one night stand.

But I think the Prep availability and the perception that most things are easily treatable, and the pandemic making checkups in person more challenging, mean that many take their eyes off the ball.

I've not posted a review at all about the SP, infact that is why I made the thread but still withheld her ADW page of which regardless has since been removed. Anyone that's currently reviewed being only 4 are fine as well as the fact there is only one reviewed SP that has given me OWO and been reviewed by others around the same time as me and no one has reported any problems like myself. Apologies however with the infringement.

Had a look at the rules before posting this as indeed as the rules state I'd rather not name and shame at all as the rules say. Besides doubt anyone would want that short of a review as It was only 15mins out of 30mins and set me back £150 but oh well

I've got to be honest, there is something ringing not quite right about all this. Can't put my finger on it but something is a bit odd.

Whilst I advocated getting tested frequently, I don't even know if escorts get tested every three weeks, like you mentioned.

Yeah well I'd assume they'd be getting their tests, the frequency not for me to guess but I myself would rather be sure nothing is wrong with me for everyone involved. Better these trouble days to nip anything in the bud early. But yeah not looking to cause any issues so if the Thread is indeed rule breaking / too in the grey area, apologies on that, I can edit it out/delete if need be.

I'd guess not but that depends on the level and nature of their activities and their own attitudes.

In terms of all the questions being asked, they aren't being asked for kicks or being nosey but to decide which tests need to be undertaken.

I caught both a 'non-specific infection' and chlymidia, in short succession about 8-9 years ago. I think it was down to OWO. Since then I've not had any other instances and still prefer OWO. I test, but actually a good reminder to do it more regularly. If I was in a relationship I'd probably not take the OWO risk as not sure how you'd explain it to your OH.

Still however making sure to finish my whole course which ends this Sunday. Was two green pills every day from Monday down to Sunday. Then going to give another week of non drug rehab/recovery(doctor said it wasn't necessary but I'm still doing it anyway) before I consider looking for punts.

Fascinating.
And no. I'm not shit stirring.
A bit of research confirms that UTIs are not considered to be STIs, but women can become infected when the man's penis, or careless arse wiping can pass the causing bacteria from her arse to her urethra. Possibly, those same bacteria could enter the man's urethra.
It would be a circuitous route for the man to get the bacteria from her mouth. Maybe after she rimmed him?
But what's fascinating to me is that even though sexual contact can trigger the infection, it's still not called an STI.

Virgins can definitely get UTIs by the way, they’re not really specifically to do with having sex. Girls can get a UTI from just not changing their underwear often enough…

For men and women there’s lots of factors that can combine which can cause UTIs, like diet and whether you’ve been on antibiotics, not drinking enough water too. It’s a bit of a jump to assume it definitely was the OWO which did it, it may be probable that was the cause if the timing adds up but it’s still an allegation that is pretty uncalled for since it’s not an STI, haha.

Also if anybody wants a tip to avoid an UTI the main one is make *sure* you always pee after sex. Woman and men alike, it doesn’t make a difference if you use a condom as these bacteria can come from hands or other things too.

A UTI can be caused indeed by Oral, the doctor did mention that any form of pushing bacteria down the urethra still constituted as leading to a UTI. Thrusting is only one of many ways to push Bacteria down. It may not be an STI or STD as you and Lou mention however its still doesn't discount the fact bacteria is being transferred. I may have slightly jumped the gun at the time with the STD which really yes after finding out what the sample results were, ended up being a UTI, which still however was right after that session. Before I made this thread I was 90% sure to check ofc that I hadn't induced this on myself :dash: As with all punts I clean myself right after the session if allowed and then at home again wash with a stronger wash. Hadn't gone anywhere else to punt after either and unless I'm wrong there isn't a long amount of time averagely before a UTI shows up,(At least from what I asked the doctor according to somethings posted in the thread earlier).

Also thanks I'll take that tip to pee after a session as soon as it finishes, something like this might save me the issues later on.

It’s a risk we all take both fucking pro$$ies and civvies  :hi:

Yeh, was my fault, 3am in the morning in that pain, just assumed the worst, thankfully  after the sample results that was instead just a UTI contracted during session, just makes it at least real to myself that I'm not the superman I thought I was  Thanks for the help  :hi:

No damage done, just keep an eye on the rules, take advise from the mods and all will be well  :hi:

The few pro$$ies allowed on here will always kick off about these emotive subjects as you have seen. And they have cause to (if proven to be malicious) false allegations can have an effect on their business

Will do, don't want to do any rule breaking at all or close to, thank you for the understanding indeed!

I recently caught STD possibly chlamydia by enjoying a great owo but  I am in so much pain when pissing.
its like stabbing in the jap when the pee hits :bomb: my inflamed urethra.

I am on doxycycline three days on, and since I been to sh for 3 days ago and started the treatment, it has gone from bad to worse, burning wise. Its like pissing hydrochloride acid and since it wasn't that bad when I had the swab taken, I think its the doctor who damaged inside while taking the swab, i was trying to drink more water/beer to flush the bacteria along with antibiotics but its occurring to me I might actually be causing more damage peeing more often.

I am not gonna have owo again :timeout:, it's just not worth the pain that has been inflicted upon my poor willy so far. :dash:

I am taking ibuprofen to ease the pain, I had protected sex and condom didn't break to best of my alertness and despite few drinks down, so I do hope and pray it's only chlamydia

Due to Christmas hours I still haven't got my full test results after 4 days and clinics gonna be shut for few days makes it even more scary.

I just dunno how to alleviate the burning and pain during peeing

Take the full course of antibiotics - I caught a Non specific UTI from a SB in August. The stinging alleviated by about day 5/6 so persevere and take the full course and the infection should clear up.

Always take precautions, and get tested regularly. SHL is such a godsend for this! For me BB obviously comes with the stigma associated with HIV, etc, but my biggest fear from it is an unwanted pregnancy. That shit scares the shit out of me.  :D

If you ever get infected with anything, always take the full course of treatment! The amount of people I know who stock up on antibiotics or don't finish the course is too damn high!
